Yey! I gave in and registered on CMF a few minutes ago. One problem though, I have no idea how the thing works. I am completely clueless on how to "operate" it and I need help.

Hi Mara,
after they approve your blogs you will get a message from them.
From the Dashboard in CMF you can access all things.
There you have to upload the 125x125 button from your blogs.
Afterward you can set the price for your ad and then you should put one of the widgets on your blog. I would advise you to take one of the widgets with many ads (in this case your advertisers get more often exposure and you get more advertisers in your queue).
Put it near the top of your blog so that it's best seen by your visitors (like on my and many other blogs).
If you set the price high (0.75$ in my case) you get less advertisers but they get more exposure and might return the next month as advertisers. Most begin with 0.03 $ up to 0.25 $ and increase the price then week after week.
The members who want to advertise will see the estimated page views and your internal CMF Ranking.
You can test the price system first with a lower price and raise it after your widget is "full".
You can select Auto-approve ads, then you don't have to check all the time if a ad is in the queue, otherwise you have to approve them manually like in EntreCard.
For that go to the forum and there go to Introduction and tell about yourself and what your blogs are about (after one day i sold 3 ads and now i have 5 running ads).
If you are each week one or two times active in the forum, you get seen by the members and they look out for your blog and perhaps start advertising.

CMF somehow does not show your submitted blog and you cannot track which blog is pending approval.
